Fixed Wing Laser Scanning (LiDAR)

Blom has state of the art LiDAR systems from both Optech and Leica mounted in fixed wing aircrafts. Collecting up to 200,000 3-dimentional points per second, the data is sufficiently dense to acquire bare earth data below trees and vegetation. Digital imagery can also be acquired at the same time as collecting LiDAR data.
